At Utopia Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl is damaged or you've received the wrong press, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the records in their original specialized mailers, ensuring all protective sleeves and inserts are included to prevent transit damage.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the return for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
